With all our photography packages you get two photographers.
We normally start taking photographs of the bridal peperations.Th ease are some times posed and some times
repotage.They would include photos such as the bride putting make up on. Having the veil fitted or a portrait style photo
These are the type of photos we take prior to the service. Some are posed such as the photo above.
while others are about looking out for great photo opportunities that occur naturally.
With the photo on the left only the youngest bridesmaid was aware of the camera as the two older ones looked out for the arrival of the bride
Above and below are two samples of posed photos we took at the brides house The photos captures a moment of reflection and anticipation for the bride
before she is taken to the church or venue for the wedding service
Although the composition and poses are similar in both photos the way light is used is different.In the above photo light is diffused and softened and contrast is low.It is a 'photo shoot' st lye photograph
The photo below use light differently it is a type of photograph inspired by the oil paintings of the dutch master
Below is a studio style photo we did of the bride we took the photo at the brides house..Then added effects in post production.To make it look like it was taken in a studio

The Photo on the right was taken at a beautiful and impressive Church in Bolton.We really like this photo as it works on so many levels.It captures the elegance of the bride in her wedding dress,the architecture of the church, the bridesmaid and page boy
Also of course it has the the brides father in the act of giving his daughter away to the groom so it is highly symbolic in its content
Artistically it is also very good as the composition and use of triangular lines naturally lead the eye to the bride and her father which are meant to be the main area of focus
The Photo on the left is a sample of the type of album option that is available and is a photo book style. It is a more modern approach to the wedding album.
You tend to get get more photos per page then you would with the traditional album. The modern photo book style wedding album tends to be more popular
I have no preference I think both have their good points
The traditional album is great for focusing your attention on one subject.And if its is a great photo that communicates to the client both artistically and personally they may want it on a page on it's own
This picture of the best man and ushers in the church was also manipulated in post production to create a feel of a dutch master painting

I really like this photo we took a few years ago in oldham.What I like about it is the light from the window washes the bride in sunlight. and gives her an angelic appearance.
The ushers in suites frame her on either side.While the angle of few is on the same eye level of the bride, this allows a good profile photo of her.

There was very little manipulation in post production except converting the picture to black and white to give an art print feel
This is the bride and groom after the wedding. This is a great photo as does it not only captures the bride and groom but because no flash was used you can also see architecture of the church.
It is more technically difficult then using flash but it gives better picture
